Spitfire Bespoke Homes Returns to Stratford with Premium New Homes

On the edge of historic Stratford-upon-Avon, Spitfire Bespoke Homes is preparing to unveil its latest collection of premium new homes. The award-winning luxury homebuilder has a strong track record in the region, renowned for the outstanding design of its properties and superb levels of finish. Now the company is proud to announce the forthcoming launch of Consilio, located on Loxley Road and offering a wide variety of properties to suit a range of buyers.

Consilio is conveniently situated on the rural edge of Stratford-upon-Avon’s town centre and is set to become a desirable new address.  With properties set on wide tree lined avenues, the homes are carefully designed to suit the needs of modern living and are offered in a choice of one to five-bedroom layouts. These include terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, meaning something to suit everyone from first time buyers and growing families to those downsizing for retirement. Properties are expected to be available for sale from next year.

Consilio, meaning design in Latin, lives up to its name, the design and architecture of the homes have a contemporary feel with striking features including overhanging roofs, rendered walls and extensive use of glazing to create a striking village environment. Homes are positioned alongside generous green open space which has been sensitively designed to help blend the properties with their wider surroundings. Interiors are thoughtfully planned with Spitfire’s meticulous attention to detail and luxury specification that includes bespoke kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. Living space is designed to be flexible with open-plan layouts incorporating kitchens, family and living areas that are light filled and airy.

Matt Vincent, Sales Director at Spitfire Bespoke Homes, comments: “We are pleased to return to Stratford with this greatly anticipated collection of homes, the premium specification and superior design of the properties at Consilio are key to making this collection of homes a coveted new address. Residents will benefit from an excellent location which is within striking distance of the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as being an excellent countryside location.”

The strength of the Spitfire Bespoke Homes’ brand in the local area comes as a result of several previous and current collections nearby. These include Old Town Villas, a collection of contemporary townhouses in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon’s oldest quarter; Milbank in the sought-after village of Welford-on-Avon where properties are currently available; The Roundelay Collection in the nearby village of Snitterfield, Upper Acres in the peaceful village of Ettington and High Cedars, a traditionally inspired collection of homes in Shottery.

Spitfire has carefully considered all aspects of Consilio to ensure the lifestyle on offer suits the aspirations of potential purchasers. As well as landscaped open space and new footpaths will connect properties with the surrounding countryside.

Stratford-upon-Avon is a prime residential address within Warwickshire and Consilio is ideally positioned in easy reach of everything the town has to offer. The area is globally famous for its connections with Shakespeare and is a renowned centre for culture and arts.  Stratford-upon-Avon is also home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre providing entertainment throughout the year as well as popular annual literary and music festivals. It is well served by shops, restaurants and leisure attractions, as well as an excellent choice of state and independent schools.

Consilio benefits from good transport links. By road, the A46 and A429 connect south to the Cotswolds or north to Warwick, Leamington and the Midlands motorway network. Stratford also has two train stations, providing direct trains to Birmingham in around 40 minutes and London Marylebone in less than two hours.

Consilio will provide 135 new homes to the area and is located at Loxley Road, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 7DU.
