November 2016

Old Town Villas in Stratford-Upon-Avon has wowed the judges of the Housebuilder 2016 Awards where it was highly commended in the Best Design for four storeys or more category. Against stiff competition, Old Town Villas was awarded the accolade on 3rd November at a glittering awards ceremony at the InterContinental London – The O2.

Celebrating companies who strive to improve standards in all areas of the housebuilding industry, the awards are judged by industry experts and are now in their 12th year.

The Housebuilder judges commented: “Old Town Villas is in a dramatic, modernist style, with four cutting edge townhouses characterised by light and space. The homes offer a striking contrast to their historic setting and nearby listed buildings. They are set out over five floors of flexible, roomy space and each home features a stunning dual-aspect roof terrace.”

David Jervis, Managing Director of Spitfire said: “We are thrilled to have been Highly Commended in the Best Design for four storeys or more at the Housebuilder Awards 2016. Old Town Villas is a great example of a cutting edge contemporary townhouse, perfect for modern luxury living in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon’s oldest quarter. The award is a strong endorsement of our approach to development, which is to build beautifully designed, bespoke homes situated in outstanding locations and designed to create vibrant places which residents can enjoy for many years to come.”
