Warranty Advice

When you purchase a new property from Spitfire Bespoke Homes, you will receive a two-year Homeowner Warranty. This warranty covers a number of issues regarding your home, providing you with peace of mind in your purchase. Such items include cover against poor workmanship and faulty materials. You can find out more about what is covered in our Frequently Asked Questions and in your Living Guide.

In addition to your two-year Homeowner Warranty, each property is also covered by a 10-year structural warranty. This 10-year warranty covers your home against major structural issues and subsidence. Depending on your property, your 10-year warranty will be supplied by one of the following providers:

Local Authority Building Control (LABC)

National House-Building Council (NHBC)

Premier Guarantee
