When you purchase a new property from Spitfire Bespoke Homes, you will receive a two-year Homeowner Warranty. This warranty covers a number of issues regarding your home, providing you with peace of mind in your purchase. Such items include cover against poor workmanship and faulty materials. In addition to your two-year Homeowner Warranty, each property is also covered by a 10-year structural warranty. This 10-year warranty covers your home against major structural issues and subsidence. Depending on your property, your 10-year warranty will be supplied by one of the following providers:

Local Authority Building Control (LABC)

National House-Building Council (NHBC)

Premier Guarantee
