Leave it to the experts with Spitfire Concierge.

If you’re considering a new home with Spitfire, but haven’t yet sold your property, then Spitfire Concierge is designed to enable you to secure your new home, even if your current one isn’t on
the market.

Delivered in partnership with Savills, a dedicated team will independently appraise the value of your current home and, once agreed, manage all aspects of the sale – keeping you informed every step of the way. What’s more, there are no estate agent fees to pay.

How it works

  1. Pick your new home. Once you’ve selected your perfect new home, speak to us about using Spitfire Concierge. We’ll take your details and the necessary information about your current property.
  2. Speak to your independent consultant. Savills, our partners in delivering Spitfire Concierge, will contact you regarding the service.
  3. Research report created. Savills will produce an independent report, highlighting key features of your property and will obtain independent market valuations from the best estate agents in your area.
  4. Provisionally reserve your new home. Following the report, provided you agree to market your home at the proposed value with the recommended agents, you may provisionally reserve your new home for a specified amount of time (to be advised by your Spitfire Sales Consultant) on the basis that we expect your home to sell within that period.
  5. Sell your home. Savills will take the hard work out of the selling process, by working with the chosen estate agents to market your home. This entire process is managed by your independent consultant at Savills, and the only time you need to be involved is when an offer is received and liaising with agents to confirm viewing appointments.
  6. Fully reserve your home. Once you have received and accepted an offer on your current property, you will then be able to fully reserve your home. Spitfire will take care of the estate agent fees, and only at this stage will you be required to pay a deposit to secure your new Spitfire bespoke home.

If your home does not sell within the pre-agreed time period, we will consider extending your provisional reservation, however this will be decided at Spitfire’s discretion. Terms and Conditions apply.
